Teicos ha portato a termine un progetto di ristrutturazione interna per gli uffici del Consiglio Notarile di Milano, intervenendo al piano sesto dell’edificio in via Locatelli (zona Repubblica), con l’obiettivo di riorganizzare gli spazi di lavoro e migliorarne funzionalità, comfort ed efficienza.
La completa ridefinizione del layout distributivo ha permesso di realizzare un’area operativa open space, affiancata da spazi riservati e rappresentativi tra cui la Sala Consiglio, l’ufficio del Presidente e nuove sale riunioni. Particolare attenzione è stata riservata all’accessibilità, adeguando le normative e abbattendo le barriere architettoniche. L’intervento ha previsto lavorazioni strutturali mirate, come l’eliminazione della scala di collegamento tra i due piani e il ripristino del solaio interpiano, restituendo autonomia funzionale ai livelli.
Nel corso dell’intervento, Teicos ha seguito la realizzazione di finiture di pregio, soprattutto negli spazi di rappresentanza, che ha richiesto un’elevata attenzione esecutiva. Gli arredi esistenti sono stati recuperati e reintegrati nel nuovo assetto distributivo, affiancati da nuovi elementi e da un progetto illuminotecnico dedicato.
Dal punto di vista impiantistico, il piano è stato reso autonomo grazie alla realizzazione di nuovi impianti elettrici, idrosanitari e l’installazione di un sistema di climatizzazione ad alta efficienza. L’opera ha incluso anche un nuovo impianto dati e predisposizioni per impianti di videoconferenza nelle sale principali.
Il progetto restituisce ambienti di lavoro rinnovati ed efficienti, espressione della capacità di Teicos di operare su interventi complessi di ristrutturazione interna, valorizzando le soluzioni progettuali e la qualità realizzativa.
