TEICOS si è aggiudicata, in qualità di impresa esecutrice del Consorzio AR.CO. Lavori, la gara indetta dall’Agenzia del Demanio – Direzione Regionale Lombardia per l’affidamento di un Accordo Quadro dedicato agli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, inclusi restauro, risanamento conservativo e ristrutturazione edilizia, sugli immobili dello Stato presenti sul territorio lombardo.
L’Accordo Quadro è finalizzato a garantire una gestione efficiente, flessibile e continuativa degli interventi manutentivi richiesti dalle Amministrazioni dello Stato, promuovendo il recupero e la valorizzazione del patrimonio pubblico, la razionalizzazione degli spazi e la riqualificazione energetica degli edifici, con particolare riferimento agli immobili ad uso ufficio.
La procedura, articolata in diversi lotti differenziati per regioni, importo e requisiti di qualificazione, prevede interventi riconducibili principalmente alle categorie OG1, OG2 e OG11. L’Accordo Quadro ha una durata di tre anni a partire dal 1° gennaio 2026, con possibilità di proroga e opzioni di ampliamento.
L’aggiudicazione rappresenta per TEICOS un ulteriore riconoscimento della propria competenza tecnica, affidabilità operativa e capacità gestionale, consolidando il ruolo dell’azienda nell’ambito degli interventi sul patrimonio immobiliare pubblico e nelle iniziative orientate a qualità, sostenibilità e innovazione.
